Bio: Ray Trygstad is the Assistant Director for Information Technology of the Daniel F. and Ada L. Rice Campus of Illinois Institute of Technology in Wheaton, Illinois. He is also the Director of Information Technology for IIT's Center for Professional Development. He instructs Computer Science, Business, and Information Technology and serves as curriculum coordinator for the IIT's Information Technology & Management (ITM) degrees, and as the Undergraduate Advisor for the ITM program. He has taught in e-Commerce programs offered by the University of Chicago as well as IIT's Building Businesses on the Web, an executive education program. He was a member of the Association of Internet Professionals, where he sat on the Certification Accreditation Council which accredits Internet training and education programs, and is a member of the Council of the World Wide Web Virtual Library. He is also a Subject Matter Expert for the Computer Industry Trade Association's i-Net+ examination. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the University of Denver, Ray is also the owner of Webmaster Sources LLC, a Web startup providing market-specific online resources for Web developers and curricular materials for higher education. Bio:  Denise Brenneis has worked in the telecom/cellular field with a focus on software design, validation, and training. She currently manages a team of software engineers, in which she also designs/delivers training courses tailored to the needs of her team. She is currently teaching IIT Internet Technology and Webmaster courses at the downtown IT Campus (200 West Adams).

Bio: Johnny Cison started using computers in fourth grade, and started programming in fifth; he created dozens of games for the Commodore Amiga operating system all through high school. After attending Illinois Institute of Technology, he moved into web development at CTI Consulting where he was a Lead Web Developer and Network Administrator; he is currently the Webmaster for the American Nuclear Society.  An expert Perl programmer, Johnny is the co-author of module 4 of the curriculum currently used in this program. Bio: Bill Slater has been working in the Computer Industry since 1977. He is currently a system engineer and consultant doing NT-Based networks and intranets running MS Windows NT Server, supporting the network, network performance tuning / optimization(using HP Openview tools), Internet access, mainframe access, MS Back Office Servers, desktop applications (such as MS Office applications), and Windows NT Server. He also does web development, and teaches and mentors people in classes, formal and informal, about the Internet, Intranets, networking, troubleshooting, and other assorted information technologies. Bill is a member of the Internet Society and serves as President of the Chicago Chapter of the Internet Society; a member of the HTML Writers Guild, and a charter member of the Association of Ethical Internet Professionals, where he serves as an Advisory Board member.
