Online Resources Online resources for our courses have been collected to serve as both online reading and as additional resources for students. Some reading is required, some is "nice-to-read" but not required, and a large part of many resource pages is links to meta-indices of more materials on the particular topic of the page. We have divided the resources into five general categories: Internet Technology, which addresses the underlying technologies and non-Web technologies that Web developers must be familiar with; HTML, which is just what it says: resources to help you learn to create Web pages in bare HTML; Web Design, which addresses issues relating to page appearance, look and feel, and Web site structure; Business & Site Administration, which is not about ecommerce but is rather about business knowledge of the Web-building craft and Internet infrastucture; and finally Perl, CGI, and DHTML which has resouces for writing CGI scripts in Perl and including DHTML and Javascript in your Web pages. We hope these pages are useful to you as you learn to build Web sites. You can also open the index to online resources as a pop-up window. This page is maintained as resource for students enrolled in our Internet Technology/Webmaster courses but is also provided as a classroom and public resource for all current and aspiring Webmasters and Web Developers. --Ray Trygstad, Curriculum Manager
