Welcome to ECommerce 563. In this course we will learn effective principles
of web site design. These principles will be used to evaluate existing web
sites as well as to implement actual Web sites. Functional components of
web sites will be discussed and implemented through web page development
exercises using HTML. Features of leading Web page authoring tools will be
compared and contrasted. This is a hands-on course where the students will
develop their capabilities to actually apply the technologies used for
construction of e-Commerce sites.
